New Quilts

This is Austin's quilt that I made for him for Christmas.

This one is for Taylor for her Christmas. It is classic Winnie the Pooh motifs.

This is a quilt I began about 7 years ago and have just gotten it quilted. I am binding it (soon) and will put it on my bed.

I really like the way this turned out, even though I amde so many mistakes on it.

Wow.
Your quilts are awesome.
That is a true artform. Talk about patience - I'd never be able to do it.

It's always the artist themself who sees the most flaws. The rest of us just see a beautiful finished product. Keep it up.
And keep up the faith. Since Sunday night's debacle I have to keep repeating - it's only one game, it's only one game.
But it really stinks to start out behind a game already and to have a home loss to boot.
YECH!
Also, keep the prayers up - I am writing this from the hospital on my wife's laptop. She has been admitted once more with a fluid build-up around the lungs, and this time there is more ominous news. The PET scan that was done last Friday revealed a spot in her lungs that is most likely cancerous. We're hoping that it's an infection, which is bad enough, but given her situation the most likely culprit is the cancer.
They've started antibiotics in case it is an infection, but the doctor is apparently of the opinion that it's not, as he is already discussing our options for chemo treatments including some new stuff out there. I'm holding out hope for the pneumonia myself.
